特斯拉在挪威遭大量投诉 交货慢客服无响应

日前，挪威消费者协会（NCC）发布报告称，挪威消费者对特斯拉的表现越来越不满。

NCC在报告中称，今年上半年，在NCC接到的消费者投诉中，特斯拉被投诉的数量在所有公司中排名第4位，而去年排名第24位。今年，NCC共接到了118起关于特斯拉的投诉。

NCC称，消费者投诉的问题包括，很难与特斯拉客服取得联系，以及交付时间延迟等。

对此，特斯拉一位代表表示，特斯拉正在提升服务能力，以满足挪威不断增长的消费者的需求。

挪威是特斯拉的一个重要欧洲市场。今年第一季度，特斯拉在挪威的营收为1.62亿美元。相比之下，在中国的销售额为5.09亿美元，在美国为18亿美元。

特斯拉曾表示，其“帐篷”生产线生产的Model 3电动汽车的质量，与工厂生产的质量相同。对此，投资公司伯恩斯坦（Bernstein）分析师托尼·萨克纳西（Toni Sacconaghi）本周二提出了质疑。受此影响，特斯拉股价大幅下挫，并创下今年3月以来的最大跌幅。
